Building Blocks Foundation's purpose is to provide access to quality speech and language therapy for children with special needs within West Michigan.  This is completed through financial assistance through scholarships, advocacy and education for families, education opportunities for local therapists, and providing of services for those who are underserved. Many families with children who are struggling to develop, run into significant challenges with appropriate insurance coverage and funding, finding providers who are in-network with state programs, and having access to specialized techniques that are imperative for functional living, providing them with the same opportunity of growth and communication as those who have access to resources.  Building Blocks Foundation’s mission is to create equal access to quality care to allow all children the opportunity to flourish and meet their highest potential.
